Design Your Own Art Project
During this project I had to re familiarize myself with the pen tool in Illustrator. I had to take a photo of something that I would use to trace and I decided to trace a picture of Garrett. I had to trace around his face and shoulders.
I choose to do line art because I saw some of it on the internet and I wanted to try making it myself, so I did.
I think that it is important to communicate visually because if someone doesn't speak the same language but your art is easy to understand that you can share that same ideas without taking.

Logo Project
During this project I first started by designing a logo that I like because it is simple. the next step was putting it into illustrator and finalizing my logo. the final step was putting it onto products such as a hoodie.
This project I learned that contrast is very important to make things pop. I also learned how to use the shape tool in illustrator.

Reflection:
Throughout this project I learned a lot about camera angles, lighting and sound. During this project I had to learn a lot about group work as well. During the making of the final product I made sure to use lighting and angles in order to convey a message. |
Distopian/Utopian Society
The programs that I used to complete this was Photoshop. The ideas that I incorporated from humanities were that dystopian societies are broken down and and dysfunctional whereas Utopian societies are very formal and there is no creative thought. this project will help with my humanities learning in the way that it created a visual example that can clear up the difference between dystopia and utopia. From this project I took away is the difference between dystopia and utopia.
Letter Portrait Project
At the star of this project we watched a Ted talk called "Ways Of Seeing". From this video I took away that in nature you can find hidden pictures using the negative space.
To create this project we went outside and took a photo of things that look like letters to spell out our names.
I learned that I can use negative space to find an image.
If I did this project again I would make that photos all the same size so that everything is more in unison.
